Dr. jur. (Renmin University), is an associate professor of Public Law and Jurisprudence, Law School, Central University of Finance and Economics. He is Assistant to Dean of the law school and member of Editorial Board CUFE Law Journal. He was a visiting scholar at Humboldt-University Berlin Faculty of Law. His main interests include constitutional law, theory of state and legislative science.
