YIN Fei, Professor of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE),dean of the School of Law of CUFE,director of EditorialBoard ofLaw and Economy,graduated from China Youth University of Political Studies (recombined as Law School of University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences now) in 1998, received his master and doctor degrees from theRenmin University of Chinain 2001 and 2004, and has been a postdoctoral fellow ofInstitute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2004 to 2006.

Professor Yin is serving as vice president ofChina Association of Business Law, managing director of China Association of Legislative Science,China Association ofCivil Lawand China Association of Legal Education, routinedirector and member ofAcademicCommittee ofBeijing Society of Law, as well as, vice president and secretary-general of Beijing Society of Real Estate.

Professor Yin is also appointed as specially-invited expert of The Supreme People's Court of PRC, member of Committee of Experts for Real Estate Registration of the Ministry of Land and Resources of PRC, the first group of elected experts of the “PPP” (Public-Private Partnership) Think Tank of the Ministry of Finance of PRC, and member of Expert Committee of Real EstateRegulationfor State Organs of PRC.
