我院2016年講席教授Marquis教授《歐盟競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法》課程安排

為拓寬我院學(xué)生的國(guó)際視野，我院2015年成功申請(qǐng)到學(xué)校“講席教授”項(xiàng)目，邀請(qǐng)歐洲大學(xué)學(xué)院Mel Marquis 教授于2016年訪問(wèn)我院。Marquis教授2016年首次來(lái)訪時(shí)間為3月20日至4月3日。來(lái)訪期間，Marquis教授將為我院各級(jí)本科生、碩士研究生和博士研究生開(kāi)設(shè)一門(mén)英文課程，課程介紹如下：

1. Introduction to the EU Treaty framework; Introduction to EU competition law and its institutions

2. Restrictive agreements and concerted practices under EU law

3. Abuse of dominance under EU law, pts 1&2: dominance and price-based abuses

4. Abuse of dominance under EU law, part3&4: other price-based abuses and other exclusionary conduct

5. Public and private enforcement of EU competition law 

參加此課程的學(xué)生，請(qǐng)務(wù)必課前認(rèn)真閱讀課程材料，課上積極參與互動(dòng)，課后完成課程作業(yè)及課程考核。
