Bibliography on public procurement law: an introductory list

為了給公共采購(gòu)法教學(xué)和研究提供基礎(chǔ)性資料，Asialink項(xiàng)目特編排了此文獻(xiàn)目錄清單。該文獻(xiàn)目錄主要收集了從公共采購(gòu)法的角度來研究公共采購(gòu)問題的中文學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)。并且將這些文獻(xiàn)按照公共采購(gòu)的以下領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行編排：公共采購(gòu)規(guī)制的理由、中國(guó)公共采購(gòu)規(guī)制的演變、政府采購(gòu)的政策功能研究、公共采購(gòu)規(guī)制的主體和范圍、公共采購(gòu)的方式和程序、采購(gòu)職能組織、公共采購(gòu)的監(jiān)管體制、公共采購(gòu)的救濟(jì)制度、公用事業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施特許經(jīng)營(yíng)法、國(guó)防采購(gòu)、公共采購(gòu)的國(guó)際和國(guó)外研究、關(guān)于GPA的研究及其他領(lǐng)域。該文獻(xiàn)目錄清單并不力求全面地涵蓋所有研究成果而僅僅只是一個(gè)介紹性的清單。如有疏忽之處歡迎指正！

The following is a short introductory bibliography listing key reading in the Chinese language on public procurement law, which has been produced by the Asia Inter University Network for Teaching and Research in Public Procurement Regulation. We collect the materials from the following areas: the reasons for regulating public procurement, the evolvement of public procurement regulation in China, study on the horizontal function of public procurement, the entities and coverage of public procurement, the methods and procedures of public procurement, the organizational of public procurement function, the regulation system of public procurement, the remedies system of public procurements, public utilities concessions, defense procurement, the international research on public procurement, the study on GPA and other areas. The bibliography is not intended to be comprehensive, but merely introductory.

The bibliography was last updated in October 2010.
