專任教師-吳曉丹

吳曉丹，法學(xué)博士，中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)教授、研究生導(dǎo)師。

兼任中國(guó)國(guó)際法學(xué)會(huì)理事、中國(guó)空間法學(xué)會(huì)的理事、中國(guó)宇航學(xué)會(huì)航天政策與法律專委會(huì)委員、北京國(guó)際法學(xué)會(huì)監(jiān)事、聯(lián)合國(guó)空間科技教育亞太區(qū)域中心（北京航空航天大學(xué)）授課教師、多本英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊的審稿人等職務(wù)。

2011年5月，畢業(yè)于意大利米蘭大學(xué)，獲國(guó)際法學(xué)博士學(xué)位；2004年7月，畢業(yè)于中國(guó)政法大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院，獲法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；2001年7月，畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)法學(xué)院，獲法學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。

主要研究方向：國(guó)際法基本理論、外空法律與政策、網(wǎng)絡(luò)與人工智能等領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際治理。

近5年主講的主要課程：本科生《國(guó)際法》、《國(guó)際法模擬法庭比賽》，研究生《國(guó)際公法》，以及兩門留學(xué)生課程（Introduction to China’legal system; Public International Law）。

主持國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)，教育部人文社會(huì)科學(xué)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文數(shù)十篇，出版學(xué)術(shù)專編著若干部。

深度參與中國(guó)航天政策、法律法規(guī)以及規(guī)范性文件的起草和論證，就航天重大決策和課題、國(guó)際合作與國(guó)際談判向國(guó)家有關(guān)部門和機(jī)構(gòu)提供咨詢意見(jiàn)。多次作為中國(guó)代表團(tuán)成員參與聯(lián)合國(guó)外空委有關(guān)談判，多次代表中國(guó)參與外空合作、國(guó)際規(guī)則談判與對(duì)話。
