首屆國際模擬法庭對抗賽11月15日晚7時隆重開幕

      中央財經(jīng)大學首屆國際模擬法庭對抗賽即中美歐國際模擬法庭對抗賽系中央財經(jīng)大學法學院與美國馬里蘭大學法學院和荷蘭馬斯特里赫特大學法學院聯(lián)合舉辦的中美歐國際學生交流項目的活動之一，同時也是中央財經(jīng)大學學術節(jié)之法學院特色主題活動。此次賽事將在中財大廈二層模擬法庭隆重開幕，原被告法定代表人、代理律師均由來自美國馬里蘭大學法學院、芝加哥肯特法學院、荷蘭馬斯特里赫特大學法學院、泰國阿薩姆遜大學法學院的部分學生與中國學生擔任,五名法官分別由中外各法學院教授擔任。

      模擬法庭因其形象 生動 在加強法科學生運用法學基礎理論和法律分析能力上有著重大的意義。本次賽事更是有一系列的創(chuàng)新之處：

      首次啟用模擬法庭，    真實再現(xiàn)庭審現(xiàn)場。

      全程賽事英文表述，    純正地道法律語言。

      中外各方混合編隊，    國際團隊通力協(xié)作。

      著名教授律師主審，    孰是孰非當庭揭曉。

     Sino-Global International Law Trial Competition is sponsored by the Law School of the Central University of Finance and Economics, the School of Law of the University of Maryland, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Maastricht. The competition is one of the activities of “THE CUFE/MARYLAND/MAASTRICHT COLLABORATIVE LAW STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM.”  It is the principal activity of the law school in the 4^th Academic Festival of CUFE as well. It will be held in the Moot Court Room, the second floor of the CUFE Building this week.

       The legal representatives and the agents of plaintiff and defendant will be played by the participants of the Exchange Program from the School of Law of the University of Maryland, Chicago-Kent College of Law, Faculty of Law, the University of Maastricht, Faculty of Law, Assumption University of Thailand, and Law School of CUFE. Professors from foreign law schools and Chinese law schools will compose a trial panel of five judges.

      Because of the intense activity, the Moot Court makes significant contributions to strengthening law students’ ability both to apply and to analyze the law.
